Grape: 100% Torrontes. Color: Light yellow and alabaster in color with medium intensity. Bouquet: Tropical aromas highlight flavors of flowers that harmoniously conjugate with tropical fruit notes. Taste: To the tongue it presents a dry but soft texture, full, glyceric, abundant and unctuous with a slight touch of acidy at the end. Characteristics: Hand harvest during the 1st week of February, keeping a balanced ripe between sugar level and flavors. A steaming machine is used to obtain the berries as a whole, in order to keep the fruit and avoid oxidation process. Alcoholic fermentation is for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to enhance flavors of fruits and flowers. The Ferllen Winery attempt to take the fruit directly from the vine into the bottle almost unaltered. Food pairing: It is ideal wine for Asian cuisine, seafood and desserts.
